QUICK TEST FOR PROTEIN RESIDUES
PRO-Clean is a quick and easy way to accurately determine the cleanliness of surfaces to ensure product quality. PRO-Clean reveals protein residues that are still on the surface after cleaning. Simply swipe the swab across the surface, release the liquid and if protein residue is present, the indicator will turn purple.
The color change gives a semi-quantitative picture of surface cleanliness. The more contamination present, the faster the color will change to purple and the darker the color. PRO-Clean quickly validates the hygiene level of the surface and therefore enables quick action if needed.
