Q-Jet CT20 – Automatic 3D room disinfection
Perfect 3D hygiene for rooms up to 600m3
The Q-Jet CT20 represents the pinnacle of aerosol equipment development over the last 20 years. At its heart is the proven compressor/nozzle technology, which produces a fine dry disinfection mist. By adjusting the compressor power, fog development is still possible even at wall distances of only 2 m – a challenge where virtually all other devices that have some performance fail mercilessly.
However, if the CT20 is to be used for a larger room, a powerful turbine can be switched on. Its air jet acts as a turbo fan and not only gives the disinfectant droplets a significantly wider path, but also ensures optimal distribution in the room. Thanks to a tank capacity of 5 L, a room of up to 600m3 can be fogged with a dosage of 8 ml/m3.
The unit is equipped with 2 different operating modes as standard: In auto mode, the room is automatically flooded with disinfectant mist up to the saturation limit of the air. When saturation is reached, the unit automatically stops and starts again when the humidity has dropped slightly. This prevents condensation and thus uneven distribution of the mist in the room. It also prevents property damage caused by liquid. In expert mode, the desired amount of disinfectant can be manually dispensed over up to 4 cycles of definable length and 3 individual breaks in between.
The device is operated via a touchscreen and also has a logging function. This makes it possible to save each disinfection process for quality purposes and export as an Excel file via a USB stick.
